2 years of Balder Finland!

Two years ago, we started our operations with four employees. Today, we are already 15! Behind us is an amazing journey filled with growth and development.

Here’s a timeline of Balder Finland’s story:

🔹 2023
The first steps in Finland. The first joint projects, the first coffee breaks with the team at the Helsinki office. A lot of building, especially laying the foundations of the organization.
🔹 2024
The year of growth! The team expanded, projects became more diverse, and business development took an even more central role in our work. Partnerships broadened, and we opened an office in Vaasa for our own property manager.

🔹 2025
This year has brought several property acquisitions, strengthened customer partnerships, and even more Balder colleagues.

The journey is the goal!
