Scandic Meilahti – a new addition to Balder’s growing hotel portfolio

The property’s main tenants are Scandic and HOK-Elanto (S‑market). Part of the hotel premises is sublet by Scandic to HUS, which uses the facilities for its family accommodation and patient hotel operations. The building also houses Restel, which operates the Burger King restaurant as Scandic’s second subtenant.

With this acquisition, we expand our hotel portfolio in the Helsinki metropolitan area to a total of three properties.
