The first property transaction of the year

Balder has kicked off the year with the acquisition of eight modern warehouse and production properties. These highly energy‑efficient assets are located mainly in areas already familiar to us across Finland. The Helsinki metropolitan area was further strengthened with two new properties in this segment.

The properties are occupied by single users, and current tenants include well‑known operators such as Euromaster, Ahlsell and Doka.

The transaction reinforces Balder’s position as an owner of high‑quality warehouse properties in Finland.
